Description

Dimitra Villa Sea View is located 800 meters from the nearest beach in Agia Paraskevi, approximately 5 kilometers from the center of Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula. The villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children.

Accommodation

The villa features three bedrooms — the first with a double bed and a baby cot, the second with two single beds, and the third with a double bed. In the living room, there are two sofa beds and an additional fold-out bed.

The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area offering sea views, as well as a garden where barbecue facilities can be provided upon request. The villa offers one private parking space, while free public parking is available 100 meters from the property.
