Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure or non show, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Description
The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Guests can take in the views of the garden from the terrace, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.
Perea beach is a 3-minute walk from Dimi Guest House, while Agia Triada Beach is 1.3 miles away.
