• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Accommodation
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large main room that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In addition to these rooms, there is a veranda outside with a table and chairs, where guests can enjoy their meals outdoors. The property has 4 parking spaces, and the yard features a small children’s playground with a slide, seesaw, trampoline, swings, and a toy car. A barbecue is also available for guests.
Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner.
The bright and spacious living room features two very comfortable sofas, a pool table, a table football, and air hockey, making this accommodation perfect for guests who enjoy socializing with a competitive spirit. The charm of this room is enhanced by a fireplace, and there is also an LCD Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped – it has an oven, stove, microwave, extractor hood, large fridge, cookware, kettle, and two coffee machines (one for filter coffee and one Nespresso).
Both bathrooms have everything needed – shower cabin, sink, and toilet – and a hairdryer is available for guests.
The house is covered with free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome for an extra charge (€20). Cleaning service is available for €150 per stay. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Guests also have access to an iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine.
