Description
Daniel Beach Studios is an accommodation complex consisting of two buildings and is located in Nikiana, in Lefkada. The first building, "Beachfront", is only 10 meters from the sea, and the second, "Second line", 35 meters. Both buildings have studios with a sea or mountain view.
Accommodation
The beachfront building (closer to the sea) has studios for three people featuring a large fridge, a kitchenette with oven, shower, washbasin, and cabinets, as well as a comfortable terrace overlooking the sea.
There is only one studio plus, one apartment with 2 bathrooms, 4 studios with sea view and 2 studios with mountain/street view.
Second line building also has studios for three people that are smaller than studios in the Beachfront building. In this building, the studios are on the second floor and contain small refrigerators, a kitchenette with stovetop, cabinets and a washbasin, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Studio plus is located in the second building on the first floor. It has sea view. In front of the entrance door which is independent there is a large terrace with a large table and chairs. Opening the door, you will step into the kitchen which has large fridge, small oven, sink with cupboards up and down. The kitchen leads to the bedroom which has one single and one double bed, bedside tables and bathroom, as well as veranda overlooking the sea with table and chairs.
The apartment has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a hallway. The first bedroom is on the left and has double bed, beside tables, sink with top and bottom cupboards, small fridge, hot plates, bathroom, terrace with garden and partial sea view. At the bottom of the hallway. There is the door that leads to the other room. Opening we enter the kitchen and immediately to the left before the kitchen is the door of the second room, which has a double and a single bed, bedside tables, bathroom and terrace with garden and partial sea view. The kitchen has a large fridge, small oven, sink with cupboards up and down. It can accommodate 5 adults or 1 couple and a child in a baby cot in the first room and a couple with a child in the second room.
Private parking is provided for guests located in the first building by the sea, while guests staying in the units of the second building can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.

Smeštaj ima samo jednu manu - ne mrda nam se nigde zbog udobnosti koju ima - predivna mala plaža sa dovoljno ležaljki, sunca i prirodnog hlada u izobilju (pa ko šta voli), dobri domaćini, parking u hladovini, mir.... Za sve one koji žele pravi odmor- raj na zemlji. Upravo smo u petokrevetnom apartmanu, jeste manji i nameštaj je stariji, ali pored dva kupatila i dve terase, ništa nam ne smeta. Do plaža na zapadnoj obali se lako stiže. Sama Nikiana je super opremljena, tako da nam veće prodavnice ne nedostaju. Najiskrenija preporuka!

Prelepo iskustvo na ovom rajskom mestu. Dobar smeštaj, divno dvorište i odlična plaža. Daniel i njegova supruga susretljivi, prijatni i divni domaćini. Dva puta letovali i ove godine ćemo uživati u septembru.Topla preporuka za pravi odmor i za napuniti baterije.

Divan smeštaj, uživali smo letos kod Daniela. Privatna plaža samo za korisnike apartmana, nama je značilo jer nismo mogli sa dvoje dece svaki dan da obilazimo plaže Lefkade. Smeštaj čist, blizu pekara, giros, dve prodavnice... Sve u svemu pravo uživanje, dolazimo opet sigurno.

Smestaj je ok,ima svoju privatnu plazicu i lezaljke na njoj,dvoriste veliko, ima mesta za parking,gazda je dobar covek. Skroz pozitivno iskustvo. I ove godine opet idemo kod Danijela.

Upravo smo se vratili sa Lefkade i bili smo u Daniel-beach😊Mi smo jako zadovoljni,smestaj jeste skromniji ali skroz ok ,ima terasu sa pogledom na more,dvoriste,plazu...zaista smo uzivali.
