• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen equipped with an oven, cooktop and refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor features two bedrooms and a second private bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. An additional air-conditioning unit is located in the hallway on this floor.
The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a television. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Guests have access to a terrace with seating furniture overlooking the garden.
In the beautiful garden filled with palm trees and greenery, there is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Free private parking is available (one parking space). Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
