Coco Beach Apartments

Coco Beach Apartments is located in Nea Flogita, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 390 meters from the beach. The property consists of four apartments named Jasmin, Harmony, Morpheus, and Melody, accommodating from 2 to 4 guests. Two apartments are situated on the ground floor, while the other two are located on the first floor.

Accommodation

The property is located in the central area of the village, close to shops, restaurants, and all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.

Each accommodation unit features one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a private bathroom, and a terrace equipped with outdoor seating and a dining area.

The Jasmin, Harmony, Morpheus, and Melody apartments can accommodate up to four guests. The bedroom contains two single beds that can be joined together to form a larger bed if needed. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed suitable for two additional guests.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area and is designed for everyday use.

The kitchens are equipped for independent meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with a cooktop, refrigerator, basic cooking equipment, cookware, dining and serving utensils, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.

The bathrooms are private and fitted with a shower. The washbasin area is separated from the shower and toilet area, providing additional convenience when multiple guests are staying in the apartment.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, bed linen, and towels. The terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture and provide a pleasant space for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee, or dining outdoors.

Private parking is not available; however, parking is possible on the street near the property where permitted.

For larger families or groups of friends, it is possible to rent multiple apartments simultaneously, as all units are located within the same building.
