• Note: Tourist tax (8 EUR per accommodation unit/ per night) is not included in regular prices.
• Baby cot upon request - 5 EUR/ per night.
• Minimum stay from 30/05 until 10/06 is 4 nights, from 11/07 until 31/08 is 6 nights, and 5 nights in other periods.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid in cash the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 70% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Chrysiis Apartments is located 300 meters from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The complex offers accommodation for up to 4 guests and features a spacious, beautifully maintained garden.

Accommodation

There are two accommodation units available, both located on the ground floor.

Studio can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It features two single beds and a sofa bed.

Apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, and upon request and with an additional charge, a baby cot can be provided for one more infant. It includes two air-conditioned bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Both units have a kitchen equipped with a two-ring stovetop, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an electric kettle. The apartment also includes a toaster.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a TV. Cleaning is not provided during the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.

Each unit has its own terrace with a table, chairs, and a garden view. Guests can enjoy a fenced yard with a small gazebo and plenty of natural shade.

Private parking is not available; however, free public street parking is available in front of the property.
