Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Studios and apartments Christeluda are a family business and are located in the Neos Marmaras resort of Sithonia. The building is located between palms and colorful flowers, and at a distance of only 50 meters is the sandy beach Tripotamos. The sea is safe for children.

Restaurants, taverns, bars, and mini markets are also 50 meters from the property, and to the center of Neos Marmaras is 3.5 kilometers away. In front of the house, is KTEL bus station for buses which often travel from Thessaloniki and back.

Accommodation

The Christeluda complex has studios for 3-4 people and apartments for 4-5 people, and some of them have a partial view of the sea. All accommodation units are fully equipped for a pleasant stay and include a kitchen with a fridge, electric stove or hobs), air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and terrace.

Guests have free Wi-Fi, a garden in the landscaped courtyard, a traditional stone furnace, free private parking in the courtyard for 9 cars, and pets are also allowed.

Da li u blizini ovog smeštaja stvarno postoji pekara ili market zbog peciva i hleba.Da se nemora bar ujutro paliti auto.

Nekoliko godina smo tu letovali. Fantsatican smestaj. Za svaki pohvalu. Cisto, prostrano, nismo klimu ukljucivali uopste. Vlasnici vrlo ljubazni i predusretljivi. Plaza u kampu preko puta super, sa velikim palmama i celodnevnim hladom. Sve u svemu odlican izbor.
