• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable. In case of non show 100% of total amount will be paid.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Accommodation

Charistos House consists of double rooms and double and triple studios.

Double rooms have a double bed or two connected single beds and bathroom. They are located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor.

Double studios have a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. They are located on the 2nd floor.

Triple studios have a double bed and a single bed or three single beds, kitchenette and bathroom. They are located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor.
