Charistos House is located in the center of Neos Marmaras (the Sithonia peninsula), 600 meters from the nearest beach and 108 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki.

The complex includes 4 studios (two for two persons and two for three persons) and two rooms (each room has a capacity of 2 guests).

Triple Studio No. 1 & No. 2

The complex has two studios of this type (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor). One features a double bed and a single bed, while the other has three single beds. The kitchenette in both studios includes a two-burner cooktop, kitchenware, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle. The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The accommodation is air-conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi.

Basic Room & Budget Room

One room is located on the ground floor, while the other is on the first floor. The Budget Room has two standard beds joined together, while the Basic Room has one double bed. Each room includes an electric coffee pot (for Turkish coffee) and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower and sink. The accommodation is air-conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi.

Double Studio Sea View & Double Studio

These two studios are located on the second floor, and both have a balcony, while one of them offers a sea view. Both studios have the same capacity (2 persons per studio) and layout. Each studio includes one double bed, a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, kitchenware, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a kettle, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The accommodation is air-conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi.

All windows in the property have mosquito screens. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are provided — towels are changed every three days, and bed linen every five days, when the room is also cleaned. The complex has two private parking spaces (reservations are not possible), while additional street parking is available in front of the property.
