• Deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• The minimum number of nights required for a reservation in May is 2. For stays from 1/6 to 18/6 and from 22/9 to 4/10, the minimum stay is 3 nights, for the period from 19/6 to 9/7 and from 7/9 to 21/9 the minimum stay is 4 nights, while for the period from 10/7 to 6/9 the minimum number of nights is 5.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Check-in and check-out are organized at Fanari Hotel, located approximately 200 meters from Casa Tsouka.
• The first child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sharing a DELUXE DBL / TWIN room with parents.
• The maximum capacity of the Deluxe DBL and TWIN room is three adults and one child accommodated on the sofa bed (1.5 x 2 m). An additional charge of 18 EUR per night applies for the third adult, while the supplement for the fourth person is 15 EUR per night.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Casa Tsouka Hotel is located in Fanari, within the Rodopi region, approximately 220 meters from the beach. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of the area and offers accommodation units suitable for stays from 2 to 6 persons.
Accommodation
Casa Tsouka Hotel offers deluxe double, twin and triple rooms, as well as a two-bedroom suite apartment. All accommodation units are decorated in a simple Mediterranean style with natural materials and light tones. Each unit includes a sleeping area, a private bathroom, a terrace with outdoor seating furniture, and a kitchenette area intended for preparing light meals and beverages.
The Deluxe Double Room is suitable for up to three persons. The room features a double bed with an anti-allergic Coco-Mat mattress, while the additional sleeping space is arranged through a sofa bed. Guests also have access to a terrace with mosquito nets, a seating area, and views of the sea and garden.
The Deluxe Twin Room is suitable for up to three persons and is equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed intended for additional accommodation. The room includes a terrace with a seating area and views of the garden and sea.
The Deluxe Triple Room is intended for up to three persons. This accommodation unit features a double bed and a sofa intended for one additional guest. Guests have access to a terrace, Smart TV, and amenities intended for a more comfortable stay.
The Two-Bedroom Suite Apartment is intended for families or larger groups and can accommodate up to six persons. The apartment includes two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a spacious terrace. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. Additional sleeping space is provided through a sofa bed in the living room. Guests also have access to a safe, seating area, and a terrace with sea and garden views.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Guests also have access to a minibar, hairdryer, wardrobe, bed linen, and towels.
The kitchenettes are functionally organized for preparing light meals and beverages during the stay. Guests have access to a microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and basic kitchen utensils.
Bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower cabin and basic toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, and bathroom amenities are available to guests.
All accommodation units feature a terrace with outdoor seating furniture and mosquito nets. Certain units offer views of the sea and garden.
Breakfast is organized as a continental self-service breakfast and is included in the price of the stay. The staff replenishes the refrigerator daily with basic breakfast items, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast at the time that suits them best, most often on the terrace of their room.
The reception is available from 08:00 to 24:00.
Free private parking is available within the property. A baby cot and ironing set are available upon request.
