Casa Plagia

Casa Plagia is located in the village of Nea Plagia, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 160 meters from the beach. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is suitable for larger families or groups. The property features a private yard, terrace, and outdoor areas designed for daily relaxation and comfortable stay.

Accommodation 

Casa Plagia consists of five bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, three private bathrooms, and a terrace with seating space for outdoor enjoyment.

The first bedroom features a double bed. The second and third bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. The fourth bedroom includes a double bed, while the fifth bedroom also offers two single beds. The layout is designed to provide both privacy in sleeping areas and shared common spaces for daily living.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area and serves as a central space for relaxation and socializing. Guests have access to air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet throughout the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation during the stay and includes an electric stove with oven and cooking hobs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee and tea maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and essential toiletries. Towels, a hairdryer, and shower gel are provided. Hot water is available throughout the stay.

The property also offers a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as bed linen, towels, an iron, and basic cleaning supplies.
