• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Calypso House is located about 750 meters from the beach in Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula. The maisonette offers accommodation for up to 7 people with a small yard and a spacious terrace.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels connected by stairs. The ground floor is open plan and features a living room with two sofa beds and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning on both levels, television, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a large, covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a view of the garden. A barbecue can be provided upon request.

Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation, or in a public parking lot 30 meters away.
