Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the
arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for
administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner
of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it
will not be returned to the guest.

Description
Callisti Villa is located near Possidi, on the Kassandra peninsula. It is 180 meters from the nearest beach, and 1.6 kilometers from the town beach in Possidi. It offers accommodation for 6 people with a garden and private parking.
Accommodation
The villa spreads over two levels connected by stairs.
The ground floor features a living room with a sofa bed and an extra folding bed, a kitchen, and a toilet. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dining table.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with an outside dining area.
The accommodation is equipped with an air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests have a private garden at their disposal, where a barbecue can be provided upon request. Two private parking spaces are also available.
