Description
Callisti Villa is located 180 meters from the beach near Possidi, on the Kassandra peninsula. The villa is part of an elegant residential complex and offers accommodation for up to 6 guests, featuring a private garden and private parking.
The villa is situated on a gentle hillside, requiring a short walk downhill to reach the beach. However, this elevated position provides a beautiful view of the sea.
Accommodation
The villa is a two-level maisonette connected by an internal staircase.The ground floor features a living room with a sofa bed and an additional folding bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The property is equipped with air conditioning units in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi internet access, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the upper floor, there is a terrace offering a lovely sea view, while in front of the house guests can enjoy an outdoor seating and dining area.
Barbecue facilities can be provided in the garden upon request. Guests have access to two private parking spaces.
Pets are not allowed.
