• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

By The Sea Apartments Perea is located 30 m from the sea with direct access to the coastal front of Perea. Its distance from Macedonia Airport is only 11 km.

It is a family business completely renovated by the second generation of the family. It is a building with modern standards, with energy class B +.
It consists of two floors, with four apartments on each floor (this summer only the upper floor will work).

The apartments consist of two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, a flat 32΄΄ TV and a fireplace.

One room has a full bedroom and the second has a bunk bed, closet and coffee table. Sparsely equipped with shower and constant access to hot water. Balcony equipped with a set of terrace and screens to avoid insects.

The building is protected around the perimeter with its elegant fencing. The Apartments can accommodate up to 5 people per apartment.
