Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Butterfly House is located in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, 180 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 4-6 people with a beautifully organized garden, and is recommended for guests looking for a quiet, family vacation.

Accommodation

The house offers two family apartments located on the ground floor.

A small apartment can accommodate a family with two children. It has a separate bedroom with a single and a double bed (narrower than standard), with a single sofa in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove with two burners, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The large apartment can accommodate 5 adults and 1 child. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a sofa in the room with the kitchen, and a seating area in the living room. The kitchen includes a standard stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a fridge with a freezer.

Both apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, television, mosquito nets, private bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, as well as terraces with outdoor dining areas.

Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every 5 days.

The complex includes a nice garden with a barbecue, outdoor furniture and plenty of shade. Private parking is not available, but there is a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation.
