Bonaca 3 Apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and is organized as an apartment consisting of one bedroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a hallway, and a spacious terrace surrounding the apartment.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed suitable for two persons and one single bed for one person. Within the kitchen and dining area, there is a click-clack sofa bed suitable for accommodating two additional persons. The apartment can host up to five guests in total.

The kitchen is functionally equipped for everyday meal preparation during the stay and is connected to the dining area. The bathroom is private and equipped with a bathtub with a curtain and basic toilet amenities.

The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating furniture and offers views of the sea and the town beach. The space is suitable for spending time outdoors during the day and evening hours.

The apartment is bright and air-conditioned, and guests have access to Wi-Fi internet and TV with Serbian channels. The accommodation includes two air conditioning units, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.
