Boheme Villa

Boheme Villa is located in Sani, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 740 meters from the beach. The villa can accommodate up to 7 guests and is situated within a complex of thirteen houses that share a large communal swimming pool.

Accommodation

Boheme Villa features three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two private bathrooms, a terrace, a courtyard, and a landscaped garden.

The villa can accommodate up to seven guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and one single bed, and also includes its own private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning. The third bedroom is located in the loft area of the house and offers one single bed and an additional extra bed.

The living room serves as the central gathering area of the villa and is equipped with a large corner sofa, a Smart TV, and a fireplace. The space is connected to the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped for meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, basic cooking utensils, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen accessories.

The villa has two private bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Towels, a hairdryer, soap, hair conditioner, and shower gel are provided.

Guests can enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, a washing machine, an iron, bed linen, and towels. Hot water is available throughout the stay.

The outdoor area includes a covered terrace with outdoor seating furniture, a courtyard, and a landscaped garden. A ping pong table is available in the courtyard. The villa also features outdoor lighting and an automatic garden irrigation system.
