• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Blue Sea Beach Resort Hotel, renovated in 2004, is situated in a privileged place next to the sea offering immediate access to the marvelous beach of Skala Potamia (Hrisi Akti).

Along the beach of Skala Potamia you can find picturesque taverns in which you can enjoy traditional dishes and local fresh fish. In the evening you can relax or have an exciting time in the bars or clubs, suitable for all kinds of tastes and ages.

This beach hotel offers a restaurant and a bar-lounge. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Additional amenities include coffee or tea in the lobby and a television in the lobby. The property has designated areas for smoking.

Accommodation

Rooms open to furnished balconies. The 18 air-conditioned guestrooms at Blue Sea Beach Resort include safes and hair dryers.

Guests can use the in-room complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. In addition, housekeeping is offered daily and amenities available on request include irons and ironing boards.

Rooms can accommodate up to 2-4 persons. Each room has a double bed and by request sofa bed or a folding bed.

There are studios with kichenette for up to 4 persons.
