• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Blue Breeze Studio is located in Lygia Beach, within the Preveza region, approximately 35 meters from the beach. The studio is situated on the ground floor of a building that includes two additional accommodation units. It is suitable for 2 to 3 persons.

Accommodation

Blue Breeze Studio is designed as an open-plan space that combines the living, sleeping, and cooking areas.

In the central part of the studio, there is a French (double) bed for two persons. An additional sleeping option is provided in the form of a fold-out armchair suitable for one person. The kitchen area is located near the entrance and is functionally connected to the rest of the space, allowing for easy use during the stay.

The bathroom is separate and equipped with a shower.

The studio opens onto a terrace connected to the shared courtyard of the property. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating and offers a pleasant space to relax, while the courtyard provides additional areas for rest in a natural setting.

Guests have access to a shared yard with a garden and seating areas. An electric barbecue is also available for preparing meals outdoors.

Parking is not provided within the property, but parking is available in nearby public areas.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

During the stay, guests may also use an electric vehicle charging station.
