• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Belvedere Villa is located 1.5 km from the beach in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children and offers private parking.
Accommodation
The villa is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase.The ground floor features three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and one bathroom.
The upper floor includes a living room with two sofa beds and the option of adding an extra bed upon request, one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom.
The villa is equipped with four air conditioning units, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests can enjoy two spacious terraces with outdoor seating and dining areas, offering beautiful views of the village and the sea in the distance. Barbecue facilities are also available upon request.
The villa provides two private parking spaces, while additional public parking is available on the street near the property.
