• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Avesta Private Villas is a complex on the island of Lefkada, in the bay of Vlicho, 1 kilometer from Nidri, and 150 meters from the sea. It is set in a quiet, natural environment with lots of greenery. The complex consists of three villas. Each can accommodate six adults and one child and offers a private garden with a swimming pool and parking.

Accommodation

The villas consist of two levels. Each contains two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with two sofa beds. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, kitchenware, and a dining area. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

All villas are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, a washing machine, and mosquito nets.

The first floor features a terrace with a table, chairs, and a sea view, while in front of each house is a paved area with seating.

Each unit has a garden with a swimming pool, sunbeds, and free private parking.
