• Check-in starts from 15:00. Since there is no reception at the accommodation, visitors are kindly requested to inform when they arrive at the port of Keramoti (to calculate the approximate arrival time) in order to have the appropriate welcome..
• Check-out is until 11:00.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Aurora Rooms is located about 450m from the closest beach and 550m from the city beach in Potos, Thassos. The apartments have the capacity for 4 persons and some of them offer a sea view.

The closest supermarket 200m away. There is a lot of public parking space around the villa.

Accommodation

The accommodation consists of 9 apartments for 4 persons. The numbering of the apartments is as follows:

• 101, 102 & 103 - on the 1st floor

101 and 102 consist of 2 bedrooms with a connecting door. In one area of the one bedroom there is a kitchen and dining room and in the second bedroom is the bathroom.
103 also consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is in the common area with the kitchen, there is a bathroom and the second bedroom is independent with an internal door.
101 1 king size bed in one bedroom, and one double bed in the department where the kitchen is.
102 1 king size bed in one bedroom, and one double bed in the department where the kitchen is.
103 consists of a bedroom with a double bed and the living room with a sofa for 2 people. The bathroom has been renovated for the season 2024.

• 201, 202 & 203 - on the 2nd floor

201 and 202 consist of 2 bedrooms with a connecting door. In one area of the one bedroom there is a kitchen and dining room and in the second bedroom is the bathroom.
203 consists of 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a renovated bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are on the right and left side of the small hall of the apartment.
201 has has 2 king size beds and the bathroom has been renovated.
202 has one double bed in the bedroom, and a king size bed in the department where the kitchen is. The bathroom has been renovated for the season 2024.

• 301, 302 & 303 - on the 3rd floor, 2 king size beds in each

301 and 302 consist of 2 bedrooms with an intermediate door. In one area of the one bedroom there is a kitchen and dining room and in the second bedroom is the bathroom. 303 consists of 2 separate bedrooms, with kitchen and bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are on the right and left side of the small hall of the apartment. The bathrooms of all three apartments have been renovated for the season 2024.

All apartments have a balcony with a table, 4 chairs and an umbrella. From the 2nd and 3rd floor there is a view overlooking the sea and village, while from the 1st floor you can see the garden and surrounding area.

The property provides a welcome gift, a small basket with a small bottle of wine and some fruit and as a goodbye gift a small surprise for the guests.

The accommodation offers daily cleaning (bed making, garbage collection, bathroom cleaning and mopping). Linens (sheets, towels) are changed every 3 or 4 nights depending on the length of the customer's stay. During the 4 nights, only towels are changed on the 2nd night.

The property has a barbeque area. Glasses, plates, cutlery, a sink and 2 charcoal grills are available in this area. Charcoal is not provided.
