• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Athilia Apartment Lefkada is a complex set in Nikiana, on the island of Lefkada, 170 meters from the sea. It offers elegant, spacious, and modern accommodation for up to four guests with beautiful sea and mountain views and a garden.

Accommodation

All apartments feature two floors connected by the stairs. Each unit has a kitchen (three-burner stove, mini oven, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine), a private bathroom with a shower cabin, and a furnished balcony. Each floor has a TV (2 TVs in every apartment).

Loft apartments offer some level of privacy to residents on the upper floor. Meanwhile, as there is no great distance between the floors, it is also suitable for parents who want to hear their children during the night but also need some privacy.

The apartments are cleaned daily (upon request), while bed linen and towels are changes every three days.

There is a large lift for the upper floor of the building. Free parking is available on a plot next to the hotel.

Family apartments (two units available)

The family apartment is a modern loft apartment of 32m², located on the ground floor.  It contains a king-sized bed (160 x 200cm) and a toilet on the upper floor. The ground floor features a couch that extends into a king-sized bed or twin beds (size of twin beds: 92 x 202 and 80 x 190cm). There is also a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It has a balcony of 12m², including a small garden.

Family apartments are recommended for families or groups consisting of 3 or a maximum of 4 members.

Triple apartments (two units available)

It is a modern loft apartment of 32m², located on the ground floor. It contains a king-sized bed (160 x 200 cm) and a toilet on the upper floor. The ground floor features a couch that extends into a double bed (not twin beds), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a balcony of 5m².

Triple apartments are suitable for families or groups consisting of 3 members.

Superior Family Apartment

It is a modern loft apartment of 40m², set on the ground floor. There is a king-sized bed (160 x 200cm), a desk, and a toilet on the upper floor. The ground floor features a couch that extends into a king-sized bed or twin beds (size of twin beds: 92 x 202 and 80 x 190cm). There is also a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It has a balcony of 15m², including a small garden.

It is recommended for families or groups consisting of 4 members.

It is a two-floor apartment of 50m², consisting of an open-plan area on the ground floor with a kitchen, a king-sized bed, a sofa, a dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a balcony of 8m². It is located on the upper floor and it offers a beautiful view.

The upper floor of the apartment is an attic consisting of two large single beds and a toilet.

This apartment is suitable for families or groups consisting of 4 or more members.
