• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Astera Luxury Loft is located 70 meters from Ofrynio Beach, in the area of Kavala. It is set on the ground floor and suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Accommodation

Structurally, it is a two-level studio, with an attractive and modern design. The lower level consists of a living room with a corner sofa bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead up to a gallery organized like a bedroom with a double bed, but the space is not separated by walls.

The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, a two-burner stovetop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, dishes, and a small bar.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, an iron, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are provided.

In front of the accommodation there is a small table with two chairs, and from the side you can see the sea.

Free public parking is available.
