• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Arsinoi complex consists of 9 stone built apartments, with the prospect to expand and the ambition to become a small village. Built amphitheatrically on a verdurous hill of 3.2 acres, 1500 m away from the centre of the village of Limenaria and 150 m away from the sea.

Surrounded by the green of olive and pine tree overlooking the infinite deep blue Aegean Sea, provide full autonomy creating a sense of carefree within your private space.

The apartments were traditionally built with stone, wood and slate. The rooms are one- and two-bedroom and all feature a separate fully-equipped kitchen. In the 2-bedroom houses the sofas in the living room become beds, thus accommodating 4 to 5 individuals in total. Air-conditioning and fireplace are also available.

In the surrounding area of each residence there is a barbeque, pergolas with vines, garden furniture and stone benches under the shade of the pines. Cobblestone paths lead the visitors from the parking lot to the apartments.

Your stay here is an escape from the urban environment, a simple and friendly contact with nature.
