• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

At the peninsula of Kassandra Chalkidiki, in Polichrono you can find "Parathin Alos". In ancient Greek it means "next to the sea".

At the location of ancient Neapolis we created a small and beautiful group of six (6) apartments with love and taste which are autonomous and fully equipped.

Apartments "Parathin Alos" are located five minutes by foot from the main village, on the northern side of Polichrono towards the next village "Chanioti". The region offers all the benefits covering all of your needs. There is also a pharmacy, at least two private doctors, ATM, many super markets, shop of clothing, tourist shop, water sports in the village and many choices for entertainment and food.

Accommodation

Apartments "Para thin alos" have three-bed rooms with autonomous kitchen, with all the essential electric equipment, bathroom, television, air-conditioning.

The rooms are decorated in modern patterns and satisfy even the most demanding client. They are consisted of two spaces: the kitchen area and the bedroom. You can choose between a double-bed or two singles beds depending your needs.

In the kitchen there is a comfortable sofa that can be used even as a double-bed.

Bed linen and towels changing and accommodation refreshment is done every three days (deep cleaning is not done during the stay).

The beach in front of the accommodation is not organized, and guests may bring their own equipment.
