Description

Originally built in 1890, Eleatis is located in the traditional village of Margariti. It features independent, split-level apartments surrounded by a garden. A restaurant, bar and mini market can be found 20 m away.

Accommodation

The complex includes independent apartments on two levels (maisonettes) surrounded by a garden.

A total of 3 maisonettes are available - two are suitable for 4 people, and the third is smaller and suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.

Fitted with wooden floors and ceilings, all apartments are warmly decorated. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A shower cabin and hairdryer stock the bathroom.

Eleatis lies 12 km from Parga Town and 10 km from the nearest beach. The town of Preveza and Aktio Airport are 60 km away. Free, private parking is available on site.
