• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in

• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Apartment Jozy is located 90 meters from the beach in Perea, in the vicinity of Thessaloniki. It is set on the ground floor of the building, completely renovated, and can accommodate 4-5 people.
Accommodation
The apartment has a separate bedroom with two joined single beds, and two folding sofas in the living room.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a small dining table. The private bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and a washing machine. An iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner are provided.
Guests enter a clean and tidy apartment, and during their stay they take care of the hygiene themselves. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are available, as well as cleaning products.
The apartment offers two furnished terraces - the larger one has an entrance from the street, while the smaller one opens onto the courtyard.
There is no private parking, but there is always a parking space around the building.
