Description

The Anthias Garden complex is located in Frini, on Lefkada, not far from the city of Agios Ioannis and the famous beach of Milos. The complex has an area of 5,500 square meters and is surrounded by lush greenery and offers relaxation in the shade of ancient olive trees. A pleasant atmosphere away from noise will contribute to your maximum enjoyment.

Accommodation

Anthias Garden complex consists of two villas and includes a studio for two or three persons, apartments and maisonettes.

Studio for 2 persons - These studios are located on the ground floor of the first and the second villas and have 26-29 m². They have a double bed or two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. They also have air conditioning, a TV with 4 satellite channels, a coffee machine, and a hairdryer.

Studio for 3 persons - These studios are also located on the ground floor of both villas and its area is 34 m². They have a double bed and one single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. They also have air conditioning, a TV with 4 satellite channels, a coffee machine and a hairdryer.

Apartment - Apartments are located on the first floor of villas and each of them has a separate entrance with an external staircase. Its area is 45 m². Within the apartment are two large terraces with a garden view, living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom with a double bed. There is the possibility that an additional person can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Apartments also have air conditioning in all rooms, TV with 4 satellite channels, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

Maisonette - Maisonettes are 80 m² in size and are located on the first floor of villas composing the complex. On the first level, there is a spacious kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and terrace. The wooden staircase leads to the second level where there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds) and each one has a terrace. At this level, there is another bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There is a possibility that one or two additional persons can sleep in the living room. Each maisonette has an independent entrance by an external staircase. Maisonettes also have air conditioning in all rooms, a TV with 4 satellite channels, a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine.

Private house - The house has an area of about 24m² and this unit has its own separate entrance. It is equipped with a double bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and a mini stove. There is also a private bathroom with a shower within the house. And there is a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house is also equipped with air conditioning, television, and internet. coffee machine and hair dryer.
