• The fourth adult pays 70% of the price per person (adult is a person older than 12 years)
Supplement for children:
• A child under 1.99 stays free of charge.
• 1st child up to 11.99 years for the period 25.04 - 23.05 & 11.10 - 31.10 - free of charge
• 1st child up to 11.99 years for the period 24.05 - 07.10 - 30% of the price per person
• 2nd child up to 11.99 years for all periods - 30% of the price per person
Note: In every room, one adult + one child is charged as double. One adult + two children is charged as double plus child.
• Children 0-1,99 years are free of charge. Baby cot costs 15€/night, payable on spot by the guests.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Accommodation tax (10€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance needs to be paid 7 days before arrival.
• Check-out time: 11:00, check-in time: 15:00.
Cancelation policy
• Low and Mid seasons (25/04 - 09/06 & 10/09 - 31/10), 50% of the booking value will be charged if cancelled 7 - 1 days prior to arrival.
• High and Super High seasons (10/06 - 09/09), 50% of booking value will be charged if cancelled 14 - 3 days prior to arrival. and 80% of booking value will be charged if cancelled 2 - 1 days prior to arrival.
• Non shows will be charged at 80% of booking value! Early Departures will be charged with the 80% of the remaining nights!
• One of the 2 outdoor pools is heated during the low season as well as the children's pool.
• The indoor pool (with charge) in the spa area is heated. Entrance to the gym (free of charge) and the spa area (sauna, massage - for a fee) is permitted for persons over 16 years old.

Includes a walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with hydromassage bathtub & a separate shower cabin. Complimentary slippers and bathrobes. The rooms are cleaned every day and the Suites also in the evening. The towels are changed every day or when the guest requests and the linens every other day or after request.

The complex has a private parking lot with 140 parking spaces.

Restaurant Elia is serving Greek and international cuisine buffet style at breakfast and dinner time.
