Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The property includes 5 apartments (N1, N2, N4, N5, and N6) and one studio (N3).
Apartments (N1, N2, N4, N5, and N6)
All apartments have the same room layout and the same equipment.
The living room features a sofa bed (for 2 persons), an LCD TV, table and chairs, air conditioning, and a kitchen equipped with a hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, small refrigerator, extractor hood, coffee machine, and kitchenware.
The bedroom contains one double bed and a wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture.
Studio (N3)
The living room features a sofa bed (for 2 persons), an LCD TV, table and chairs, air conditioning, and a kitchen equipped with a hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, small refrigerator, extractor hood, coffee machine, and kitchenware. One double bed is also located in this room. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
The terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture.
All accommodation units have access to free wireless internet. Guests can use a shared washing machine free of charge. Guests may park their vehicles on the street in front of the complex, and there is also a free public parking area 50 meters from the accommodation. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
