Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Andreas Maisonettes and Apartments is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The complex is 100m away from the beach, and offers accommodation units in the form of a maisonette with a capacity of up to 6 people and an apartment in the basement of the building, with a capacity of up to 4 people.

Accommodation

The maisonettes are spread over two levels. On the first level, that is, on the first floor, there is a kitchen equipped with a combined refrigerator and stove. In the living room there are two sofa beds for one person each. On the second level there are two bedrooms with a double bed, and the second one equipped with a sofa bed for two people or two single beds. As well as a bathroom with a shower. Each unit also has a terrace with outdoor furniture. Each maisonette has an air conditioner in the living room as well as in the bedrooms.

The apartments in the basement have a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. In the living room there is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and a stove. In the living room there are two more beds for one person each or a double bed suitable for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture. An air conditioner is also available to guests.

All units have free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, and a cot is available for children.

The common yard is equipped with a playground for children and a barbecue.

Pets are not allowed.

There is a limited number of parking spaces for guests staying in maisonettes, other guests can park their vehicles on the street in the immediate vicinity.

Every fourth day, accommodation units are cleaned, sheets and towels are changed for guests staying longer than 7 days. This service is not provided for stays shorter than 7 days.
