• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 20% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check-in is after 13:00, and check-out is at 09:00.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Anastasia House 3 is located in central Stavros, about 150 meters from the beach. In just a few steps there are numerous cafes, restaurants, markets, taverns, bakeries and everything else that will complete the holiday.

Accommodation

Accommodation consists of apartments for 1 or 2 families (up to eight people) with equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, hairdryer and terrace.

Family apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a living room with a double bed and a small sofa that can accommodate a child. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen with a large fridge, electric stove, and a dining table. The apartments is equipped with an air-conditioner and TV, and offers a spacios balcony with a sitting area.

Also, there is a baby cot upon request as well as a barbecue. You will find a parking space nearby.

Before the guests enter, the owners do a complete cleaning. After that, the guests take care of the maintenance themselves. Bed linen is changed every five days (for stays of 10 nights). Towels are not provided.
