Description

Amo El Mar House is located on the Sithonia Peninsula, 800 meters from Sykia Beach. The complex offers 2-5 people accommodation and a large, beautifully landscaped yard with private parking and a small children's playground.

Accommodation

Amo El Mar House has a total of nine studios. The house is built on a slight elevation, which is why three units are located in an atypical basement. They are at street level but only have balcony doors and no windows.

The facility consists of:

1. Three double studios with double beds.

2. Two three-bed studios, one of which is in the basement. In addition to the double bed, they have a single bed or a sofa bed.

4. Two four-bed studios have a double bed and a bunk bed and are ideal for families with two children.

5. Two five-bed studios are both in the basement and consist of a bedroom area with a double and a single bed, and a living area with a sofa bed and an armchair. There is also a private swing on the terrace and a view of the hills and the sea.

All studios are beautifully and carefully decorated, in combinations of gentle, pastel colors.

They have kitchens with small ovens, induction plates, small refrigerators with freezers, and kitchenware. The kitchens are also equipped with appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, and kettles.

Each unit has its terrace with a table, chairs, clothes dryer, and a private bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, and TV.

A special advantage of this complex is the spacious and well-kept courtyard with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It offers a covered area with tables, chairs, and swings, and guests have access to a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The youngest guests can have fun on the small children's playground.

There are several private parking spaces on the property, and guests can also park on the surrounding streets.
