• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (15€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Minimum stay - 5 nights in August, 4 in other months.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid up to 30 days before the arrival.
• Deposit - guarantee in the amount of €300, which the owner keeps in case of damage, is paid no later than 1 day before arrival at the accommodation and is returned no later than 3 days after the departure of the guests.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• For stays in August, the prepayment is nonrefundable in case of cancelation at any moment.

Ambelos Village Seaview and Pool Villas is located 100 meters from the beach and 2 km from the center of Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. The complex consists of villas for 8 people with a shared swimming pool, sea views, and private parking.

Accommodation

Each villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

The villas are air-conditioned and equipped with two TVs, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine.

The terraces have seating and offer a view of the sea or the garden and pool.

Guests have access to a shared garden with a swimming pool, barbecue, and free private parking.
