Description
The newly built apartment complex Alkmini-Sokratis Apartments is located in a quiet area of the village Nea Skioni. The complex consists of fully-equipped spacious and bright apartments.
The village has three spectacular and clean beaches that have been awarded the "blue flag award" for several years. The distance from the nearest beach is about 60 meters. It is a quiet place and ideal for young children. Within walking distance is the second scenic sandy beach of the village where there are a playground, beach umbrellas and chairs, followed by the third beautiful beach of "Elia".
Accommodation
The apartments Alkmini - Sokratis in Nea Skioni are at ground level with garden, at first floor and second floor. The units consists of fully-equipped spacious and bright apartments with kitchen / living room, one bedroom, bathroom / wc, and large terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. Ability to provide playpen for babies.

This year we stayed at Alkmini Sokratis Apartments in Nea Skioni and we were extremely satisfied with our choice. The hosts are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything one could need, both in the kitchen and the bathroom, with great attention paid even to the smallest details.
The terraces are spacious and beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts’ hospitality and friendliness truly made us feel welcome.
Overall, we had a wonderful and pleasant stay, and we warmly recommend Alkmini Sokratis Apartments to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Apartman uredan i ima sve sto je potrebno. Posteljina i peskiri se menjaju svakih 5 dana. Lokacija odlicna. Plaze, marketi, restorani i trg na par minuta hoda. Parking preko puta smestaja. Andreas i Sokratis su sjajni domacini, osecali smo se kao kod svoje kuce.

Moja porodica i ja smo se svake godine odlično proveli i odmorili. Lokacija apartmana je fenomenalna. Plaža i glavni trg su jako blizu ( 3 minuta ). Postoji parking za vozilo koji je uračunat u cenu apartmana. Sve u apartmanu je novo, čisto. Domaćin Andreas je ljubazna osoba koja odmah odgovara na poziv i pruža pomoć i korisne savete. Vratićemo se ponovo. Svima bi preporučio.

Svima bi preporučila da dođu kod divnog Andreasa i njegove porodice. Već šestu godinu letujemo kod njih. Tri godine smo bili u Molo Kalivi i tri godine u Nea Skioniju. Veoma povoljna cena za Grčku, odlična lokacija, čisti, uredni i sa ukusom sređeni apartmani.
Kod Andreasa i njegovih se svi osećaju kao kod kuće. Oni su veoma ljubazni domaćini. Brižni za svoje goste i u svakom momentu spremni da pomognu ako je to potrebno. Apartman je blizu male plaže a nije daleko i gradska plaža. Parking je preko puta vile. Blizu su i luka, glavni trg, prodavnice, restorani i kafići...
Odlično je. Ocena 10. Najbolji u Nea Skioniju.

Smeštaj je odličan; čisto i uredno. Lokacija je dobra, svi sadržaji veoma blizu, sve je na dohvat ruke. Vlasnici su veoma prijatni i gostoprimljivi. Svaka preporuka!

23 god. Letujem u Grckoj. Ostrva, halkidiki uvek lepo nikada nisam imao problema ili razočarenja. Ali ljudi kod Andrea sa u Alkmini nea Skioni ili dimitra mola Kaliva....je posebno iskustvo. Andreas vlasnik ce vam i kisu pretvoriti u sunce. Tolika ljubaznost, predusetljivost. Licno se oseca svaki put kao kada odem kod mojih na par dana pa oce da mi udovolje. Puno je ljudi ali malo je LJUDINA kao sto je on. A sto se tice smesta ja prelepo, nije 2 kreveta i orman nego puno detalja zbog kojih se ne osecate da ste u iznajmljeni sobi na 10 dana vec u kuci. Hvala Andreas i puno srce i zdravlja ti zelim od srca.

Excellent communication with the owners. They are always ready to cooperate. The apartments are clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. The only complaint is the weak internet on the ground floor even though they have three routers. The air conditioning works well and there is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Mosquito nets are on all windows and doors. There is a small beach nearby, but the big one is not far either.

Apartman je cist,komforan i uredan,ima sve sto je potrebno.Mesto je mirno,pravi izbor za odmor.Uz sve to velika ljubaznost Andreasa i Sokratisa doprinosi da se osecate kao kod kuce.Kod njih smo gosti 3 godine a vidimo se i sledece.
