• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
Alexia’s House is located 3 km from the center of Kavala and 150 meters from the nearest beach. It is an apartment with a separate entrance within a family house, suitable for up to 4 guests.
Accommodation
The apartment features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The living room and kitchen with dining area are arranged in an open-plan space.
The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
The private bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Cleaning service during the stay is available only upon request at an additional cost, while bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.
In front of the apartment entrance, there is a courtyard with an outdoor seating and dining area.
Private parking is not available, but guests can park free of charge on the street near the accommodation.
