• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Alexia Haus is located about 500 meters from the Paradissos beach and 1.5 km from city beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate from 2 to 4+1 persons.

Offers sea view, snack bar, breakfast, BBQ fascilities and public parking in the front of the building.

Accommodation

Alexia Haus consists of 12 accommodation units: 11 rooms and 1 apartment.

Rooms can be double or triple, 7 of them offer sea view, whil the other 4 are located on the back side od the complex. Rooms can be on the high ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

Double rooms have a double bed or 2 connected single beds.

Triple rooms have a double bed and a single bed or 3 single beds (two are connected).

Apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), terrace with sea view and possibility of adding and extra bed.

Accommodation units do not have kitchen and guests can use shared kitchen.
