Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Al Mare Studios is located in the front of the sea, in the center of Perea, in the region of Thessaloniki.
Offers nice location and two studios open all year.
Accommodation
Al Mare Studios includes two studios on the 2nd floor of the building. There is no elevator.Both studios have a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. One has additional chair bed and the other single sofa bed.
There is a possibility of adding a baby cot on request.
