Description

Agios Nikolaos Pool Villa II is located in Agios Nikolaos on the Sithonia peninsula, approximately 2.10 km from the beach. The villa features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a sea view, and is situated on a larger estate with two additional villas, offering privacy for guests. It can accommodate up to 10 persons.

Accommodation

The villa is arranged over multiple levels and designed to provide separate areas for living, sleeping, and meal preparation.

The central part of the villa features a spacious living room equipped with comfortable seating and access to a terrace overlooking the pool, the sea, and the surrounding area. This space is air-conditioned and connected to the rest of the villa.

The property includes a total of four bedrooms: one bedroom with a French (double) bed, two bedrooms each with a French (double) bed, and one bedroom with two single beds.

Additional sleeping space is available in the living room, where a sofa bed can accommodate two persons.

The villa has three bathrooms. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, while the third is a standard bathroom accessible from the common area.

The main kitchen is separate and located on the ground floor, along with a dining area. There is also an additional smaller kitchen with a separate dining space, which is practical for larger groups.

All rooms, including bedrooms and the living room, are air-conditioned.

The property features a spacious courtyard with plenty of greenery and natural shade. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a sea view, surrounded by sun loungers.

Within the courtyard, there is a covered area with a barbecue and a large dining table, ideal for outdoor meals.

An outdoor shower is also available, along with private parking for two vehicles within the property.
