Description

Aggelina House is a property located in a quiet part of Sykia (Sithonia, Chalkidiki). With its position—only about a hundred meters from the beautiful sandy Pigadaki Beach, washed by clear and transparent sea water—it offers guests the opportunity to enjoy their vacation without long and tiring walks to the nearest shoreline. In the neighborhood of this property, there are authentic and traditional Greek tavernas, while the nearest bakery is 1.6 km away and the nearest grocery store about 2.5 km from the accommodation.

Accommodation

The property includes three types of studios:

1. quadruple (there are two – no. 2 and no. 3);

2. double (there is one – no. 6);

3. triple (there is one – no. 1).

The triple studio is located on the ground floor, the double on the elevated ground floor, while the two quadruple studios are on the first floor.

TRIPLE STUDIO NO. 1

This studio contains one double bed and one standard bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. It features a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, small refrigerator, dishes, and an electric kettle. The bathroom is standardly equipped – a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet. This studio opens onto a private terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the yard.

DOUBLE STUDIO NO. 6

It is located in a separate building (next to the other studios). It has one double bed, a wardrobe, and a small refrigerator, while the kitchen—located on the balcony—offers a hot plate with two burners and dishes. The bathroom, which is also standardly equipped, is accessed from the balcony. The balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, overlooks the hillside landscape and partially the blue sea.

QUADRUPLE STUDIO NO. 2 AND NO. 3

- Studio no. 2
In addition to one large double bed, it also features another double bed that is slightly narrower than standard. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, dishes, hot plate, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is standardly equipped, as in the other studios. Both quadruple studios have a shared (pass-through) terrace with a side sea view and outdoor furniture.

- Studio no. 3
This studio includes, besides one double bed, two bunk beds. The kitchen, unlike that of studio no. 2, has a small refrigerator, dishes, a hot plate, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is standardly equipped. As mentioned, it opens onto the pass-through terrace with a side sea view and outdoor furniture.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and covered by free wireless internet (Wi-Fi). All windows and exterior doors have mosquito screens. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. Towels and bed linen are changed every three to four days, and the use of the washing machine is charged extra. Parking is provided for all guests. In addition to the indoor units, guests also have access to a yard with an outdoor shower and barbecue, as well as a shared terrace overlooking the blue Aegean Sea, equipped with comfortable outdoor armchairs.
