Cancelation policy

• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Aelia Maisonette is located in Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 3.30 km from the beach. The maisonette can accommodate up to 8 guests and is an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends looking for spacious accommodation in a peaceful setting. Guests have access to a private landscaped garden, a terrace, private parking, Wi-Fi internet, and family-friendly amenities.

Accommodation

Aelia Maisonette features four bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, a terrace, and a landscaped private garden.

Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the fourth bedroom contains two single beds, providing accommodation for up to eight guests.

The living room is designed for everyday relaxation and spending time together. It is equipped with a Smart TV and connected to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals during your stay and includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, dining table, dining area, kitchen utensils, cooking essentials, and a trash compactor.

The maisonette has two private bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, while the other features a shower. Both bathrooms include a sink, toilet, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, shower gel, and hot water throughout your stay.

The property also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, mosquito nets, clothing storage, bed linen, towels, and a private entrance.

Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace and a landscaped private garden with barbecue facilities, providing a pleasant outdoor area for relaxation. A children's play area is also available within the courtyard.

Private parking is available on site free of charge.
