Note

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to stay.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy:
• If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation, or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation.
• If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less 30€ administrative fee. If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.

Terms and conditions:
• Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to property.
• No additional persons are allowed to stay in the apartment.
• Suitable for pets : No
• Smoking allowed : No inside the apartment
• Events or parties allowed : No

We would kindly request that you :
• Keep the apartment clean during your stay. We will provide the equipment. The apartments are professionally cleaned before the check-in, and clean sets of bed linen and towels are available every 4-5 days.
• Clean all dishes and the kitchen after cooking /using.
• Do not move the furniture without permission. Of course you can move the chairs at the balcony if needed.
• Remove the garbage every day and at your departure.
• Do not leave leftovers in the fridge at your departure.
• Do not smoke in the apartment. Of course you can smoke at the balcony.

Other:
• Property owner does not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the tenant or any of his party may incur or experience. Neither can the owner accept liability for any disruption or inconvenience which might affect guest's holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of the owner.
• Minimum stay - 5 nights.
• Check-in: anytime after 2PM; Check-out: 11AM.

Description

Above the Sea Apartment 2 is a new 32m² one bedroom apartment, just above Atspas beach in Skala Marion village, Thassos. The new construction finished June 2016. All amenities are located on a very short distance from the apartment. The beach, a coffee shop/restaurant and a mini market are only a 5 minute walk and only 3 minutes or less if you take the shortcut path. Skala Marion village center with restaurants and fish taverns, small bars, a supermarket, butcher, bakery, even a pharmacy is only within 8 minutes walking distance.

Accommodation

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200cm), two bedside drawers, two reading lamps and a 2 doors closet. There is an open space living room and kitchen, with a comfortable sofa bed (130cm by 200cm) that sleeps up to two adults.

The modern fitted kitchen has all the necessary equipment for you to cook for four people, a fridge with freezer and a coffee maker. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a 24’’ LED HD TV. The air condition unit is in the living room / kitchen for you to adjust the room temperature at your desire. All windows and balcony doors have exterior rolling shutters, so you could easily adjusting the luminosity in the whole apartment from total dark to full light.

All the windows have insect screens, as well as the balcony door has a very practical sliding insect screen to keep insects out of your apartment. There is a main bathroom with a shower and we will provide you with towels, soap and toilet paper.

Large window doors will give you access to the balcony where you will be able to enjoy the magnificent sea view. The balcony is the best feature of the apartment where you will find a wooden round table and two armchairs for you to enjoy your meals, coffee and drinks at the beautiful view. From the balcony you can see Atspas beach just in front of you that blends with the clear blue sea and the green of the Atspas hill. During the whole year you will see boats sailing at the Pelagos and if you are a good observer you will be able to spot the dolphins that feed and play around the area all year long!! You will enjoy watching the sunsets in the evening just before you are ready to enjoy the night life of the island.
