Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Just a breath away from the sea, Zoi House is located in Pefkohori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the first row and only 20m away from the sea, while the beach is 90m away.

Accommodation

According to its structure, it is a three-level maisonette that can accommodate eight adults and two children up to 12 years old.

On the lower level (ground floor) there is a living room, kitchen and toilet. On the second level (first floor) there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third level (attic) there are two bedrooms and bathroom with washing machine. There is a double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in one bedroom and a sofa for two people in two bedrooms. In the living room, there are two sofas for one person that do not fold out.

The maisonette has two independent cooling units in the hall of the first floor and the attic. Amenities include free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a toilet, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with oven, a large fridge with a freezer and a dishwasher.

There is a private parking lot and BBQ area in the yard. There is a veranda and 2 balconies with a view of the sea and the garden.

The cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels (provided after 7 days) is done by the guests themselves. The cleaning service can be organized upon request and it costs 40€ per service.
