• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation

Zinozis Beach Apartments consists of studios and apartments located on the gound floor and on the first floor that can accommodate from up to 2 to 5 people. 

There are double and triple studios available, containing a double bed and an additional bed for one person

There are also apartments with one or two bedrooms for four or five people, equipped with two double beds and an additional sofa for one person.

Cleaning and linen and towel changes are done every 3 days.
