Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Zeta’s Summerhouse is located in Kalamitsi, Sithonia, 180m from the beach. It is set in a same complex as Artemis Maisonette, and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Accommodation

The house is a two-level maisonette with a private entrance and three bedrooms. The first level consists of two bedrooms - one contains a double bed, while the other has a double and a single bed, and a baby cot. Upstairs are a third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a living room, a private bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge with a freezer compartment, stove, oven).

The maisonette is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a washing machine, bed linen, and towels.

Guests have at their disposal a balcony and a private courtyard with BBQ and an outdoor shower. Small pets are allowed.

There is no private parking, but public parking is only 10 meters away.
