Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Zefiros Seaside Hotel Apartments is a newly built and fully equipped complex located on the coast of Siviri, on peninsula Kasandra. This complex consists of 4 buildings:

Accommodation

Building 2 - has 9 studios and 6 apartments - located right next to the sea
Building 3 - has 14 studios and 3 apartments - located right next to the sea
Building 1 - has 8 studios and 8 apartments - located behind buildings 2 and 3. It is renovated.
Building 4 (brand new) - has 6 studios and 9 apartments - is located behind all three buildings

The complex has in total 37 studios and 26 apartments with sea view or partial sea view. There is no direct sea view, only side sea view. Each accommodation unit is fully equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, free wi-fi internet and a private bathroom.

Within the complex, there is a bar Ammos All Day Lounge & Beach where you can enjoy a drink or coffee, and a brand new place for pastries and refreshments Peinammos offers breakfast, sandwiches, waffles, ice cream, and desserts. Consuming food and drinks at the Ammos and Peinammos bar is not included in the accommodation price.

Studios in buildings 1,2 and 3 contain one double bed and one single bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, and terrace. Studios in building 4 contain a double bed, a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and a terrace.

The apartments in buildings 1,2 and 3 have two rooms and include one double bed and two separate single beds, or 4 single beds, a kitchenette, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, and a terrace. Apartments in building 4 have two rooms with two double beds (one in each room), a kitchenette, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, and a terrace.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen & towels are performed every 3 days.

The hotel has private parking with a limited number of places (there are 60 rooms and 20 parking spaces, so a place is not guaranteed).
