Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Zante Fiore Studios are located in the pretty area of Xirokastelo on the magnificent Vassilikos peninsula. The complex consists of two buildings, Fiore Beach Studios and Fiore Hill Studios.

Fiore Beach studios are surrounded by green, beautifully landscaped gardens with bougainvilleas and colourful flowers and situated on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Zakynthos, Porto Kaminia Beach.

Accommodation

The Beach Studios comprises of 12 studios all facing the crystal water of the Ionian Sea. Each studio can accommodate 1-4 persons with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV and furnished balcony or veranda with sea view. Light and airy, the accommodation has everything you could want to make your stay a real pleasure.

The apartments, also located on the beach, (behind the blue house and next to the parking), which is more spacious, as it has one separate room with a double bed with TV, and a sitting room together with the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped offering hot plate and oven. In the sitting room there is a single bed and a sofa bed, big dining table, TV and air conditioning. Also there is a bathroom, hairdryer, big veranda with sea view, private little garden with BBQ, sunbeds and umbrella, and a safe place for children to play.

The accommodation is cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

The beautiful greenery of the large landscaped gardens offers a wonderful environment with chairs, sunbeds, hammocks, tables, umbrellas and a children's play area to soak up some sun and enjoy your meal or just have a drink or a snack before you go down to the crystal blue sea where there are free sunbeds available for our guests.

Located on the Porto Kaminia beach is the Porto Kaminia beach bar restaurant where you can enjoy cool refreshments and tasty meals throughout the day from 8.00 am until late in the evening. Traditional Greek food is served near the sea.

There is also a large spacious parking area and car rental can be arranged for our guests through the owners.
