Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Zannakou Apartments are located in Metamorfosis, on the Sithonia peninsula, 370 meters from the beach. The complex offers accommodation for up to 7 people.

Accommodation

The complex includes two family apartments set on the first floor.

Apartment No. 1 (70m²) can accommodate up to 7 guests. It features two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with a double and a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The unit has a large kitchen with a dining area (dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, electric kettle, kitchenware). There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine. The terrace offers a view of the sea. The unit is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board. A baby cot and a high-chair are also available.

Apartment No. 2 (60m²) accommodates 5 people. It has two bedrooms - one with a double and the other with two single beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a small dining table. There is a newly-renovated private bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin and a terrace with a view of Metamorfosis.

Both apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and television. A hairdryer is available, and a baby cot can be added on request. Guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation themselves during their stay, while towels and bed linen are changed every five days.

Only public parking is available, and pets are welcome.
